All Over It - The Surfer

I’ve curated a bunch of products that I think are pretty special, and that I know each of my characters would love to be in the company of.

If they went shopping, this is what I’d like to think they’d buy for themselves.  Some of these products are handmade by small-scale businesses like myself, and others are much bigger & operate ethically.

With winter showing absolutely zero signs of leaving us, I'm doing my own version of a rain dance and hoping that if we talk and think about summer enough, it might just warm up a bit, fingers crossed.

Rebecca, the lady behind The Pigeons Nest whips up some very cool things with her crotchet hook and wool, including amazing mermaids and mermen which I just adore and really need to figure out an excuse to buy.

Little Hotdog Watson is a brand that I really admire, not only for their playful styling, quality materials and unique fabric combinations, but for their clear focus on really acing what they do - making awesome kids hats.

If i could only shop from one place for textiles for the rest of my life, I'd definitely choose Kip and Co. (yes, probably not an actual issue, except for where my bank account is concerned) I adore everything they produce, their prints, colour palettes, textures, and in particular the ridiculously oversized tassel throws which give me all the heart eyes.

Hannah from Ink and Tot is one of my favourite people on stories, and as a bonus she is also an extremely talented illustrator. Her latest creations includes organic cotton tees printed with her charming illustrations for both adults and toddlers, as well as gorgeous artworks for your walls, (some of which you can even customise).

If you cant get your head in some seawater, Swamp Spritz from Bleach is the next best thing, plus it smells absolutely delicious
