On Top - The Surfer
Sunny side up ruffles, pop culture puns, ice cream waves or cheery jellyfish faces, how would you style The Surfer dungaree?
I've gathered some of my favourite childrenswear brands together in a series to celebrate how versatile and fun dungarees are.
Ruffles on your arms, a cropped silhouette all made in yellow tie die jersey, is there much more that you want on a sunny summers day? Lulaland is a lovely brand from New York who have a thing for textures, colorful fabrics, and playful original prints.
This cute tee from Ink and Tot makes me long to go surfing (something that I have absolutely zero clue about) The delicious wave / ice cream print on the front is illustrated by Hannah, the clever designer behind this eco conscious fashion and homeware brand. Ps. how lush is this slightly unusual colour combo of navy and dusty pink.
Hugo Loves Tiki, a fave brand of mine for bold prints & excellent colorways, just looking at these guys cheery, jelly faces makes me feel pretty cheery too.
The vintage, washed and lived in retro feeling of this Emile et ida tee makes me think of the 80's and kids playing cricket in the summer sun, running under sprinklers and eating hot chips by the beach at the end of the day as the sun goes down, bliss.
