All orders are sent out in plastic free packaging with carbon neutral shipping companies.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on pieces ordered and delivery location.

Orders under $200 are charged from $6-$10 

Please note that Over All 1516 does not accept responsibility for additional taxes and duties that are incurred when shipping outside of Australia.

If you would like to exchange or return your item please notify me within 14 days of receipt of your order, by replying to your order confirmation email with details of your reason. 

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and in their original packaging at the expense of the customer. In the unlikely event a product is faulty I will refund the full purchase price.

For all items returned we strongly advise you to return using a secure postal method, as I can not refund or exchange for items not received.
